Warmth, friendliness. Very welcoming.

Double glazing/sound proofing windows.

Overall: Unfortunatley (and through no fault of the hotel) the Market Cross outside is the local gathering place for youths, who on this occasion chose to have a somewhat noisy get together at 2.15am for nearly an hour. Of the hotel itself the standard of welcome and cleanlinesss was better than many larger hotels I have stayed in (and where I stayed the next night) Excellent value for money and all round.  (2356864)

Free parking, bar and snacks available if needed, good breakfast included in the price. Very friendly owner, although slightly eccentric!

I thought that 74 Pounds was a bit steep for the room itself, although admittedly the breakfast was good.
