The Hotel was very modern and had a nice feel to it. Staff were very friendly.

The outdoor smoking area, although looked nice, had no overhead shelter apart from a cosmetic sail type structure which didnt keep the rain off us! This was our only complaint but would like to see a more practical smoking area when we hope to stay again.

Good decor in room

poor desk service, asked for iron and never got it. Reception phone not being answered.

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
