really clean, not too loud considering number and age of majority of guests

had a bit of an issue with lowness of bunks and the breakfast only having dairy options but nothing other than that. oh didnt realize that had to pay when arrived, that i couldn't pay online.

Overall: Really good, not too far away from anything  (107635092)

The booking system is very good. The staffs are friendly. The place is very convenient to travel in any directions of the London city.

The hotel is not clean. The carpet is smelly. The room of course hovered but the wall and the carpets are very dirty with stain etc. Why smoking is allowed in side the hotel. It disturbed the guest even inside the room. It doesn’t feel safe to stay there. It is cold at night in the room. Although the window is double glassing the outside window is broken, and that could aid the out side noise to allowed in the room, it is noise at night and difficult to sleep.

Overall: It is convenient place for my trip, but I wasn't feeling good about it.  (107947531)

Why do we publish ratings from Active Hotels?

Our rating system is designed to give you the confidence to find and book the hotel that best suits your needs. We've worked hard to create a fair and impartial process to collect our ratings so you can always be assured of a great hotel experience.

How do I add a rating?

Unlike other sites that offer ratings, our rating process is by invitation only. This ensures that 100% of the ratings you see on our site come from guests that have booked online with us and stayed at the hotel in question.

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
