Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff giving prompt efficient service. Good value for money. Convenient location for visiting several major tourist attractions and for wildlife observation.

Shower in ensuite lacked sufficient power.

Easy to find and close to where we wanted to be. Very reasonable for two people.

Cold water in basin tap practically non existant. Nasty stain around the base of the toilet. Beans, tomatoe and egg at breakfast cold.

The room was large and the bathroom clean.

The shower could have had a bit more pressure and the water could have been warmer. The TV had only 5 channels; one wasn't working and two of the working ones were the same. (So it basically had only three.)

Overall: I liked the hotel and would spend the night again if I was to spend another night in Arundel.  (107849783)

Breakfast was ok

Too noisy due to road. Too hot and airless. Extractor in bathroom did not work and the shower was useless. Restraunt in the adverts but there isn't one.

Very convenient for a day at Glorious Goodwood racing. Stayed in number 16 which is a large room with very good storage for a longer stay. Good electric shower and large cubicle. Breakfast is substantial and well cooked.

Road outside a bit noisy with windows open.

Overall: A good experience. Very good breakfast in a lovely conservatory. The staff all very pleasant and helpful. I would say that it should certainly be rated higher than a 2 star but is held back by the fact that the only food service available is breakfast. However Arundel centre is just up the road.  (107206691)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire.
