Overall: Overall enjoyable stay - room design not very good as nextdoors bathroom (and fan) backed onto our room and was very noisy. Staff always willing to help and friendly. Subsequent liaison with hotel also very helpful (1378305)

Although we had confirmation of early check in no room was ready. We were attending a wedding and needed to shower and change, we aere offered to get ready in an unserviced room. room not as described, superior - no flowers in room although there was some very stale looking fudge and almost certain the bad was a standard double. No full length mirror or wardrobe to hang dress
