Facilities

Bit hot throughout the night and needed curtains, as there were just slated blinds

Clean functional close to London centre

The rooms were very hot not adequate lifts for the amount of people staying in hotel

Overall: On the whole it was a pleasant experience the downside was the amount of time it took to check out the fact that the hotel was too warm and the lifts were inadequate for the amount of people staying, however the rooms were clean, the staff fairly helpful and the hotel is well situated for London Tourists.  (1108316)

Hotel was very clean

Room was very small for 2 people although comfortable. Also it was very very hot and the air conditioning did not seem to work properly. The ice machine in the foyer also did not work.

Overall: Good location very near to theatres, shops and attractions. We enjoyed the swimming pool and our stay although one night is enough in the size of room we had. The staff were friendly and helpful with check in and supply of extra pillows. Thank you.  (1210666)

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
