Hotel modern, clean with all amenities expected. Had an excellent meal in their restaurant. Waiter charming definately an asset to the hotel.

Unfortunately building work still going on around hotel. Wind turbines to be seen in all directions.

Overall: For a one or two day stay to visit Toledo and Madrid excellent position. Public transport to hand every 30 mins either way. Room was quiet even although outside it was not.  (108811966)

Buen trato por parte del personal del hotel. Instalaciones modernas. Buen desayuno. Ausencia de ruidos y localización apartada de tumultos. Mueble bar gratuíto (2 botellines de agua y dos refrescos).

Muy malos olores en el garaje, debido a la acumulación de recipientes con basura en su interior. Descuido en varios aspectos: ducha inoperativa, enchufes sin corriente, desagües parcialmente atascados,problemas para que el personal abriera el portón del garaje debido al fallo del intercomunicador. Pequeños desperfectos en las habitaciones: cortinas perforadas con cigarros. Parece que el hotel está a medio terminar.

Overall: El trato general, así como la comida, fueron de nuestro agrado. Sin embargo, el personal había descuidado aspectos básicos de las instalaciones que nos obligaron a cambiar de habitación.  (108555137)
