Reasonable price for the area, had all that I needed for a good nights sleep.

Room and facilities excellent

Being unable to contact the Hotel by telephone. Two of the three calls were sent to an answering machine, and although we asked for a return call and left our phone number as requested, no-one came back to us.

The food was good a nice cooked breakfast and had a meal in the pub next door was really good too,also the staff were really friendly and the hotel room was spotless.

The only bad points was the reception was unmanned when we arrived and you have to use a telephone to get a member off staff which took a few attempts as it kept going to answer phone and i asked for a twin room to find it was a double but they did sort it out straight away.

Overall: Overall id say it was a pleasant stay and would deffinatley use this hotel again  (108581414)

Room and hotel very clean and tidy. Staff very helpful.

Only one bedside cabinet. No ironing facility.

Overall: Hotel excellent. Restaurant/bar very convenient, although reasonable a basic standard but good value.  (108438447)

Clean and tidy, Polite Bar Staff. Fresh Pastries at breakfast.

Bad customer service, Newspaper was given when leaving the hotel!! Reception staff did not seem to know or undrstand any questions made. Breakfast staff was very rude and abrupt. You need a menu for breakfast time if your going to offer more than a full english. Being told we could have 'what ever is on the full breakfast seperatly if we want' is not good customer service. Musty stale smell in room. Ironing boards laying around on landing, not excatly safety concious here. Entertainment is not as advertised and if your room overlooks the car park it is noisy until the karaoke stops
