breakfast self service more varitey then expected.
comfortable bed,
room was on 4th floor no lift,very warm room
not enough power points, noisy could hear other quests and assume they could hear me moving around, tv had only 4 channels kept losing signal. ensuite adequate if small, checking in was chaotic would have prefered more one to one seemed quite busy.
Overall: The location of the hotel was best part, reasonable for the price, would probably stay here again for concert stay over. if you have people in your group that have disablity would not recommend as no lifts (107404964)

room with kitchen en suite, good customer service, helpful staff, free luggage deposit, very convenient place to stay in London (close to Paddington station and Lancaster gate underground), very warm room (overheated),safe in the room
very poor quality of room accommodation, very low quality of furnitures (looks like from charity shop, very much used), the room design didn't change from years, looks really old, mildew in bathroom, about breakfast -on the booking website wasn't specified what kind of breakfast will be served (only continental)

Staff very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very close to Paddington station which is a bonus.
Hotels in London tend to be overheated which can make the stay uncomfortable especially when it is not really cold weather.
