Check-in staff were pleasant and helpful and the location was convenient for my purpose.
Breakfast offerings were very poor and breakfast crockery lacking in quantity for number of guests present.
Overall: I have reservations as to whether I would use Express by Holiday Inn again as my preferred choice of hotel in the future. (107458667)
Hotel was great no problems
The wetherspoons pub downstairs had lots of drunks outside making noise and was abit intimdating when walking to the hotel.
I found it very hard to understand the english of the person working behind the reception desk. Even my girlfriend struggled to understand him. This is particularly worrying when your trying to discuss issues regarding payment etc.
Overall: Hotel was very good apart from the problems listed. I wouldnt stay there again but thats not the hotels fault, the area around the hotel made you feel vunerable when walking to the nearest tube station. (107913254)
