The hotel is conveniently located and the facilitities are generally very good. The reception staff are very helpful.
The air ventilation of the rooms is not adequate even on a day with temperature under 25 degrees Celsius.
In one morning just before 9 a.m. one of the cleaning staff opened the door of our daughters' room without waiting for their answer/agreement. He did not apologise when noticing his mistake but just turned away and closed the door. A verbal complaint was lodged with the reception staff but a reply is outstanding.
Overall: Apart from the incident caused by one of their cleaning staff and inadequacy of the ventilation, the hotel can be regarded as a good one. (107952109)

Close to area that we needed to work
Too many to list and we shall be writing to complain accordingly to seek compensation for what was a dreadful two night experience. Rooms above bar and outside drinking area made sleep impossible unit 1:45am and 1:15am on the two nights that we stayed and request to move room not made possible and final straw was NO BREAKFAST as there was, to quote, "a mechanical problem in the kitchen."
