Staff were responsive to requests.
Good simple meal for overnite stay.
Room had to be changed but was done without any fuss.

Staff friendly and helpful, able to communicate in English, much better than we could in Spanish. Restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and adequate. Liked having a balcony to sit on. Great views.
Elevator up 2 sets of stairs and did not work the day we left.
Overall: Nice mountain resort facility, would recommend to other U.S. travelers. (107291441)

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?
48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
