Once sorted out, the service was good.
Directions to covered carpark (fee payable0 could have been made easier with a small diagram and avoided driving around to find location. breakfast was good and served on time.
No heat in room - and the night was cold!
No adjoining parking space and difficult to park to check-in.
No covered parking - overcome by an arrangement between the hotel and private garageat a fee.

Our greeting and service overall were excellent
Our room was immaculate and the bathroom was very modern and spacious
The hotel is located very close to the beach, shops and a wide range of restaurants
The tram stop is only 100 metres away giving easy access to other towns along the coast
Our room was a little smaller than we had expected
Car parking was a problem sometimes due to daytime restrictions for on-street parking
