Friendly staff, well placed hotel
The room was classified as "Superiour Room" but not maintained - completely warn out, windows did not close correctly (repaired with tape when we asked), furniture missing or in bad condition, TV in bad condition, placed in a corner and unable to watch. Noise from ventilator, toilet leaking.

Well located for amenities. Easy walk into Sliema and St Julians. Breakfast was excellent, something for everyone. Staff pleasant. Room, whilest basic was very clean. Value for money.
As we stayed the weekend the clocks went back, reception staff were unsure if they did. This was vital information as we had an early morning flight on the Sunday and couldn't afford to miss it, after they decided they did go back, we booked an early morning call for 3.30am, it went off at 2.30am, nobody had altered the computer clock which is connected to the wake up call. Also we booked a taxi for the airport and the day before we left, we went to reception to confirm it, nobody knew anything about it and we were told to wait till the girl we booked it with went on duty in the afternoon.
