Rapport qualité/prix , le personnel parlant français, la nourriture, les fournitures matérielles dans la chambre, la propreté et l'entretien des chambres, l'emplacement de l'hôtel face à la gare des bus, le wifi
l'isolation des chambres, le bruit de certains clients pendant la nuit.Il nous a manqué un tire-bouchon dans la chambre.Il n'y avait pas assez de chaînes françaises à la télé, seulement france24 c'est trop peu.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?
48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
