As a Disabled traveller the Bathroom/Toilet facilities were excellent

Disabled guests need a better outlook from what was an inadequate window onto a brick wall.

Overall: We cut our visit short to this Hotel as it was a depressing room, with a label of Disabled facilities. The chair in the room was inadequate, the beds too low and could not consider staying the 5 nights originally booked  (108831180)

Very friendly, helpful and just simply nuce people. Fantastic room, very clean. Brilliant! Also a 4-0 win to the toon helped the mood!

Very small car park on site, we found a car park within a few miuntes walk

room clean and tidy, hotel also clean and tidy.staff helpful.

not enough parking space, car park poorly laid out. breakfast expensive should be included in price.staff did not explain much at check-in.had a disabled bathroom which was fine but nobody told us, we may have wanted a bath?

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
