Check in was quick and eficient
check out the evening before was quick and efficient however when giving key back to reception was delayed to check i allready paid night before staff there was a bit funny

Cleanliness of rooms, the small nice touches like a pint of milk in the fridge with the tea coffee facilities.
Excellent staff in reception and breakfast room who deserve a special mention.
Very easy walking distance to the shops in Union Street and the indoor shopping centres.
lounge/ kitchen area fine and very comfortable with wide screen tv.
Toilet/ shower spotless with hair drier and toiletries provided.
Seperate bedroom very comfortable. Iron and ironing board provided which was also useful. Private parking free and secure. Non smoking room.

Make sure that you get directions from hotel as following the AA route plan which was inaccurate we got lost when we entered Aberdeen. Going back, the Receptionist gave us a very easy and accurate route to follow to get to the motorway home to Glasgow.
Overall: Fantastic accomodation, having the lounge & kitchen area really added to us having a relaxing stay. Again staff also made this stay a pleasure. Would definitely stay again and have have recommended it to our friends and family. (108731362)
