having to pay in advance at check in and not being able to charge food or beverages to the room and then settling your account at check out.also there should be ice machines on the guest room floors, which is usually available even in budget hotel chain properties.
Overall: the breakfast which i got at no extra charge from my priceline.co.uk booking, was very good. however since i am traveling alone, mostly for football matches but also for london tourist attractions like the british museum, i really need the assistance of a full time concierge, which would be available at the nearby hesperia victoria or victoria park plaza hotels.
