A pleasant hotel to stay at with friendly waiting staff.
Chaotic check-in / check-out, with original e-mail reservation lost. Then tried to charge a higher rate, and capped it all by telephoning the next day to make a 'no show' charge for not having arrived as booked!

Good parking facilities
Black stuff coming from hot tap over bath. Rather overpriced for size of room and facilities. Room looked out onto a hillside, men clearing weeds from side.

Bedrooms were adequately furnished, & very clean
Reception areas are in need of refurbishment, staff were polite but didn't provide the service you would expect. The Bar was closed at 10pm, and we were told we could take drinks to our room!
