Staff were very polite and helpful
Bedroom walls are paper thin. I was in room 1 which had the fire door directly outside. Every single person needed to pass it to their bedroom and every word they said could be heard distinctly. I could hear the people in reception and the telephone ringing. The bedroom was also adjacent the entrance where groups were standing smoking and talking until late in the evening.
I was also disappointed that there was no room service available and the cooked breakfast was not available until 7.30am (as I was in the restaurant and 7am, it wasted much of my time.
