Cant fault hotel or staff in any way
Pretending that the price shown outside hotel, £29 per night, was the actual price being charged at that time. I booked over the net and paid around £56 plus breakfasts. I now understand how your pricing system works.Not too happy.

We had booked through a third party, who had booked us as staying in a double room instead of a quad room. I had the hard copy of the booking. Reception dealt with it efficiently and politely. Thank you

the staff from managers to chambermaids made our stay extremely relaxed due to the
reason for our visit ( a family bereavement) the cleanliness, the atmosphere
and food were all excellent.
only 1 bad point... no phones in rooms made contacting reception very difficult
as reception is located on another floor.
Overall: We could find no fault at all. The staff were helpful, sympathetic, kind and considerate ,you have a great team at Blackburn South and in spite of a tip, we think they deserve more than a pat on the back. they got us through a stressful time and even had a good laugh. (108890200)
