Supportive staff with accommodating attitude

Hinge on door to immediately adjoining room, which was suspended on the outside of our room wall in dire need of lubrication - the sqeaking from the hinge when the door was opened and closed (at least 4 times in the middle of the night) was amplified by the 'sound box' amplification effect of the hingebeing directly attached to our room wall. A quick application of WD40 should suffice!

Overall: Generally good, although maintenance of the hotel would benefit from some attention (broken window frame in our room and downstairs paintwork grubby)  (108288688)

Breakfast was good. The room was of a good size

The main boiler was in a cupboard in our room. It had been left on constant and the room was excessively hot until we complained, the manager checked and turned the boiler to timed. The room remained very hot. The room was also noisy from plant in an adjacent building. The shower was miserable but there was plenty of hot water for a bath!

Overall: It was adequate for an overnight stay. We did not have dinner in the restaurant so cannot comment, but the restaurant was full.  (108567423)
