The hotel was clean, well equiped and easy to locate and very central in Aberdeen. The receptionists were nice and easy to speak to. The room was modern, beautifully appointed and clean.

Everything seemed to cost more money, the stay itself was very basic. Had I known the breakfast wasn't included in the price, i might have gone elsewhere. Internet access costed extra,but I think the hair dryer usage was included in the cost of the room. The booking-in paperwork was overall misleading and the receptionists took credit cards and didnt make it clear what they were doing with them. When it came to payment, the receptionist didn't make the amount to be deducted clear enough. Finally,the fire doors, although essential, made a scraping noise and banged from 7.30 am so morning sleep was impossible.

Overall: Overall, a pleasant stay, and at £124.00 for 2 persons for Thu and Fri night, not bad value for money.  (108923727)

I should have asked at the time, but are all your bathrooms wetrooms fitted for disabled guests. Our bathroom was clearly taking disabled patros into account, but I have to say I would love to have been able to enjoy a relaxing bath (which in room 723 Aberdeen Jury Inn) was not available. Hoping my feed back is taken into account, and thanking you for your interest. Bearing in mind that I have taken my time to fill out your questionaire, I would be most grateful to recieve a reply with regards to my 'grievance' Kind Regards. LM

No Room Service. No on-site parking - the hotel was advertised as having on-site parking.

Overall: The hotel itself was good and would probably stay again if there was on-site parking  (108120591)
