Very helpful staff
Room stat set at 23 - for us this was too low, we had no option to turn it up more. Staff gave us a mobile heater.

probably due to poor communication from myself I was presented with a room possessing a double bed instead of two singles (understand that this overnight stay was for two gentlemen working on a local contract!). the the person on the 'desk' quickly sorted out the problem by adding a single bed in a large disabled room.
