Rooom was excellent, very clean and good facilities.

Check in was a shambles, had confirmation e mail but they had no record of this. Breakfast was a complete farce, no cutlery on table, no bread for the toaster, no coffee, no one to take oders for cooked food when eventually we got our order takenwe waited 40 mins for food, part of my breakfast was mushrooms on the menu, this consisted of one half mushroom on my plate!!!!!

Overall: Good hotel, very poor staff and service, think this really needs a shake up as it was totally unacceptable would never stay again,unless you gave me a free stay as compensation.  (108324535)

Excellent refit and well designed and decorated rooms. The bathroom in the room I stayed at was faultless and had a combination walk-in shower, usually only found in the best hotels.Congratulations on your designer and to your Chairman for supporting this investment.

There are still some staffing issues that need to be resolved, particularly those within the adjoining restaurant. However, I noticed that these were being addressed during my stay, as a member of the management team was overseeing activity in the kitchen.

Overall: A very good hotel, but some problems if a visitor arrives with their car, as the nearest car park in the local market, shuts early evening and limits parking options for those guests arriving late.  (108438665)

I booked for my customer. New hotel. Small but pleasant.

Room was for disabled. Double bed more size of single bed. Bedroom too small for the bed and bathroom much bigger than bedroom. Room clean.

Overall: Stayed only night.Tesco late open opposite. No twin beds only boubles.Good for trains and buses to West End.  (108112729)
