On arraival, premier inn did NOT have my booking, but fortunately they had some spare rooms available, why did your booking system connect with premiers?.

Easily accessible for guest with mobility difficulties. (Disabled-friendly) room was clean, fresh, comfortable, quiet. Receptionist pleasant. Good food at reasonable price, and good service, at attached restaurant.

1. Confusion was caused when searching for map after booking on internet. Map showed two Premier Inns on site, and several with same or similar name. This needs sorting out. 2. From car when driving to hotel,inn sign obscured by overgrown tree. 3. Not very clear how to find and work heating controls in room - had to figure it out. An explanation would have neen useful.

Overall: Did job very well, apart from initial confusion about how to find the hotel and how to control the room heating (look for unobtrusive thermostat on wall, don't use misleading switch on radiator).  (108206119)

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
