Finding your hotel. Twice I have been confused with your directions being badly written and in this case, the hotel not being to where I was directed. I don't use Sat Nav, but I am told that it wouldn't have helped in Swindon.

The service was excellent! Clean, secure and very Very comfortable beds for a change!!! The staffwere helpful and very friendly.
The Beefeater restaraunt next door and staff were fantastic. Although we were quite late going for an evening meal, we were made very welcome and they didnt hesitate to serve us.
