very friendly staff, clean, all requests dealt with promptly,plenty of grab rails in bathroom

we have stayed with you on numerous occasions and always the same thing no matter how we try and labour the point.WHEN WILL YOU REALISE THAT DISABLED MEANS JUST THAT. On arrival at reception we were given the key to room 20 which I thought was strange, 20 being a long way from receptiuon. Went along numerous corridors only to be accosted by stairs who in their right mind would put a disabled room down stairs. Reception upoon a request for another room were very good and gave us a disabled room much nearer. However when we got into the room, oh dear usual complaint. totally inadequate bathroom. I am disabled on my left side, so explain to me how you negoiate a shower when said shower is inside a bath. It involved me sitting on the edge of the bath opposite the taps and attempting to get down into the bath and get to the shower which was located over the tap end. The other end of the bath was not non slip so in order for me to have a shower involved something like a farce. Put foot that does'nt work ino slippery end of bath, my husband virtually lifting me into bath very slippery very frightening and quite distressing. I was informed that this room had recently been redecorated, which given the number of times Ihave brought it to the receptionists attention seemed incredible. This weekend we stayed at Market Harborough. Guess what? A WET ROOM hurray such a difference. Get it right Premier inn. Make my stay pleasant in all your HOTELS. Apart from the bathroom you are great. PLEASE GET IT RIGHT.Iknow its expensive to alter all those bathrooms but I do use you quite a bit.

excellent service, nice warm clean room with ample refreshments,spotlessly clean too.

none really in fact the only thing i disliked about the room is the curtains they didnt really compliment the carpet and bedding!!!!!!!but thats probably just down to my own personal taste!!

Overall: very pleased with everything and the meal we had in the evening was also excellent. a perfect weekend or overnight place to stay. and very peaceful too.  (108966526)

Clean. No outside noise.

Power points too close to desk. Couldn't plug my laptop in as the protection on the trailing lead from the plug would bend. Silly point but irritating and limited my ability to work.

room clean comfy/ friendlyness of staff / ability to have a meal and drink and then go to the rooms with out driving

check in from internet caused a problem in the fact that I booked two rooms but Had to book in and make payement twice for the rooms booked, also some misunderstanding about breakfast which I booked on line at the time, over charged FOR two, but spoke to staff and credited back to the account.
