Family room booked and confirmed via internet but only double room supplied, reported to reception and room changed, agreed child's bed to be made up while we were out, arrived back at hotel at 2am to find no child's bed made up. Night porter contacted who eventually provided sheets for us to make the bed ourselves. Only one towel provided for 3 people, had to contact reception in morning to get towels. Unimpressive.

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
