Room cleanliness and all appliances in working order.
The additional bed was installed very quickly by the hotel staff.
Check in. There seems to be a lack of communication between yourselves and the hotels.
We had booked a room for 2adults + 2 children on arrival we where advised that the room specified by the booking company was a double room.
There`was also concerns by the hotel regarding the breakfasts, included or not included.
Overall: As this stay was only for 1 night we survived the booking in process. As stated the coommunication between the online booking company and the hotels requires great improvement. (108165886)
