Disorganised at breakfast. Tables not cleaned quick enough, lack of cutlery, staff looked unsure of roles.

Exzcellent location for the NEC. Comfortable room.
The breakfast room was over subscribed and we had to wait for a table and to receive tea / coffee. We ordered a bar meal in the evening which took 45 minutes to arrive - so a little slow. That said the staff did theirt best and the food was good.
Overall: Very pleased. Good value clean accommodation in a good location. The health club with swimming pool was an added bonus. Thank you - we will stay with you again. (108972855)
