Everything was excellent from start to finish !
When I arrived there was no record of my booking (booked online). I had printed out my confirmation - quickly dealt with, staff apologetic, a room quickly found for me. Luckily they were not fully booked!
Overall: A lovely, modern, clean hotel. Staff efficient and friendly. Would definitely use again. (108396375)
