The hotel was lovely and the food and service were excellent.

The shower was hard to work and we couldn't keep it from getting the floor all wet.

Welcoming, warm and comfortable.

Nothing

Overall: The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Nothing seemed too much for them. My daughter and her boyfriend had not stayed in a hotel before and were worried that they would feel uncomfortable as it might be too 'posh' for them. They loved it! and felt valued. 48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
