Good central location, clean and tidy and good value for money.
No tea & coffee making facilities.
Overall: Centrally located hotel near to transport links, clean and tidy also good value for money with inclusive breakfast. I would stay there again.

Nice room, close to the center.
Room was not clean when we arrived at 16.00 hours. Extreem noise from truks loading/unloading in front of te hotel during the night.
No smoking room but there was a strong smoking smell.
Overall: The hotel is ok but as our room was not cleaned when we arrived, there was no time for a short rest. The room was not vented when we came in later and there was a strong smell from smoking. Outside the window there were a lot of cigarets. We slept above the entrance of the hotel. During the day is is ok but during the night truks come to pick up the hotel waste and early in the morning to deliver goods.

Good location, large room - almost could be classed as a suite, very comfortable.
Disappointing that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
Overall: The room was extremely spacious, comfortable and clean although the decor was a bit dated (as if that really mattered!) . However, there wasn't any tea/coffee making facilities and the mini bar was very limited -only one bottle of unflavoured water and a couple of bottles of other soft drinks. (There was also couple of small bottles of beer.) The buffet breakfast was fair though not earth shattering. I booked the hotel on (approximately) half price offer and, as such, it represented good value for money, it full price I would have been disappointed about the lack of refreshments in the room and the fact that there seemed to be no back up through any sort of room service.

Very expensive Internet-Access. Many hotels worldwide are offering free Wireless LAN access.

I liked everything.
Overall: Unfortunately I had an accident prior to booking-in and had just spent several days in hospital.
The staff, especially on reception (who helped both myself and my sister (who came to help me after my accident)), were excellent.
The cleaning staff could not get into my room for several days as I was feeling unwell, but still left necessary things like toilet paper, towels etc outside my door, they also assisted me once when I got off the lift at the wrong floor and pointed out my mistake.
The breakfasts were excellent with a large choice of options to suite most everyone's tastes.
In short I had a very good time at the hotel, my thanks to all your staff.
