There was no good points

Hotel is noisy, unable to sleep , the room was dusty , staff were rude and had poor communitcations skills , they even tried to add a surchage when it came to payment for use of a credit card.!!

Overall: I will not recomend staying again, In all a horrible experenice for the price , could have availed of a better hotel for the price  (108347688)

TV had poor reception Room safe did not work and staff could not offer anyone to rectify this. Stains on carpet. Room very warm but the ceiling fan was completely useless at cooling: a decorative item only, with no apparent function.

The breakfast was good.

1. The receptionist's attitude was very poor, impolite and not helpful. 2. The state of the room was a disaster (only one towel for two people, very cold room, cold shower, the radiator was very noisy during the night and stopped us from sleeping)

Overall: It was very bad value for the money, very dissappointed  (107873470)
