59£/night for two inc breakfast. Clean hotel above the average of hotels around Paddington for a similar price.

I booked a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room but managed to swap. Failry small room.

Overall: There are cheaper places around but at least this hotel IS a hotel and not a 40 years old un-maintained house turned into a B&B by putting a sign outside. I will probably call again if the price remain the same as this is the best stay I have had for £50 spent around Paddington.  (1761075)

The room was so small that it had a double bed in it which I COULD NOT GO AROUND HAD TO CRAWL OVER IT TO GET TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROOM . When I got in my room there was two large suitcases which did not belong to me I rang reception and was told that my room was being used as a bag storage room. I was then getting undressed and with out knocking a man opened the door and tried to come in !!!!! what was going on I do not know

Overall: I am very unhappy about my stay and would like to take the Hotel Chain I stayed at to court I will be following the correct complaints presedure  (108109247)

Why do we publish ratings from Active Hotels?

Our rating system is designed to give you the confidence to find and book the hotel that best suits your needs. We've worked hard to create a fair and impartial process to collect our ratings so you can always be assured of a great hotel experience.

How do I add a rating?

Unlike other sites that offer ratings, our rating process is by invitation only. This ensures that 100% of the ratings you see on our site come from guests that have booked online with us and stayed at the hotel in question.

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
