Reception was very helpful and accommodating. All staff were polite and helpful. Room was clean but small and ensuite was excellent

The quality of the room was good. The staff were extremely efficient & nothing was too much trouble for them.

No bad points encountered.

Overall: The hotel was well placed for the underground & the venue for the event I was attending. The bedroom & en-suite facilities were pleasant. Food provided was of a high quality.  (108684696)

Clean and tidy, easy to find and close to the Hammersmith tube station, and the fact it is on the Piccadilly Line makes it very convenient.

If your old the stairs will be a problem, few minor things such as the shower door didn't work well but it did close. Apart from some superficial things and minor repairs (they were closing to do them) it worked out very well.

very clean and tidy hotel and rooms, good breakfast.

my girlfriend and i both had a big rucksack and a large suitcase each, both weighing over 25 kgs and the staff just stood there and watched us try and drag them up the small steep stairwells, after travelling all day it would have been nice if we were offered some help.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
