Situation, Breakfast, Atmosphere

Confusion on check inn due to booking problems and canceling one room 4 weeks before arrival, Spa and pool not clean enough

staff not very helpfull - I will be sending my complaint by e-mail in due course as there is not sufficient space on this form.

Overall: Not good - this was a small wedding party of eight and it was not to our expectations We feel we had a wonderfull day until we arrived at the hotel.  (107875561)

clean, friendly and welcoming plus good leisure facilities and great food

mars bar dessert in the bistro was disappointing but all other food was fantastic
