Overall: Poor access for the infirm and disabled, the wheel chair lift was not working, in general the staff were brilliant  (108887794)

I book the hotel from our home country of New Zealand and it was fantastic! I have recommended it to my friends who intend on traveling overseas and my family in the uk.

Good Venue with pleasant surroundings and yet near to road routes to many other attractions

No Biscuits with in room tea coffee facilities No shelves or cupboard drawers/space for non-hanging clothes

Staff are good, room was good apart from the double bed which was two single mattresses which was not good.

Resevation could not be found had to wait 20 min.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
