Good Location. Some very nice places to eat nearby (just as well as the hotel only has vending machines)

Rooms are dated, overpriced compared to other hotels in the area for similar standard, no room serivce, wireless over priced, bathroom not very clean, loads of small flies (toilet full of them in the morning), smallest and thinest pillows I've ever seen. Very old TV set. Doesn't seem to be a lot of sound insulation in the rooms

Overall: I've stayed in hostels which were more a fraction of the cost but were of a higher standard. There are cheaper hotels in the area with a higher standard of room.  (108841000)

Room was clean. Everything worked. Location is excellent. The online reservation was easy and accurate.

Good value for money and within walking distance of the South Bank

Had to queue for breakfast on Sunday morning - but the staff where efficient and cheerful so this ddn't spoil the experience. Oh and the bar ran out of gin & crisps on saturday night!

Overall: I have stayed in many Holiday Inn Express establishments and have never been disappointed. Always my first choice when I need somewhere to stay.  (107815117)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire.
