It was real France! Having been hosed in Paris, it was refreshing to be in a very nice, relaxed homey atmosphere.
Nothing really - it is an old building, so you accept that not everything is brand new, and we missed having a bath. But... Vichy is very pretty and I loved opening the windows to the courtyard.
Overall: After some bad service in Paris and Lyon, where being a tourist means being hosed, this place was a pleasant surprise. THe staff was nice, the location great, and while we never got to dine there, the breakfast was inviting, fresh and available. (99173581)

Lovely hotel full of character. Our room was off a verandah which overlooked the garden.
Overall: Simple but clean and comfortable. Very good dinner and breakfast. Very friendly, pleasant and helpful staff. (3305207009)
