Good value for money accommodation in major city at a reputable top name hotel.
Hotel is probably due refurbishment now. Not to the standard I have noted in other Crown Plaza hotels and others from this group.
Breakfast charges far too high (25 Euros each)
No discount available for car parking charge.

Waiters were friendly, bathroom was nice, staff were helpful.
The room was a bit tatty, some fitting were hanging off the walls and the wardrobe and chest of drawers were falling apart, we paid for a double room but got a room with two single beds in it.
Overall: Overall, hotel was nice, but room was a let down.

This was an excellent hotel, well situated for the Metro, in a business district.
As it is obviously predominantly a business hotel, the value for money at a top class hotel was exceptional. The room and service was of a very good standard.
Point to note: The public parking next to the hotel shuts from 22.00hrs on the Friday to 06.30hrs on the Monday, and there is no way to get your car out. We were using public transport whilst in Brussels so it did not affect us.
Overall: A very enjoyable stay in an underated city.

Overall: It was a nice stay with the hotel only at walking distance to the major EU institutions and the staff people were quite helpful and could communicate in good English.
