Quilt cover torn and old, sheets stained. Room not prepared, no pillows on beds. Requested non smoking, allocated a smelly smoking room. Very dated and tired looking.

Overall: Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, however the hotel is tired and dated. Bed clothes were stained and torn. Mattress on bed uncomfortable. Rooms very small and dark and smelt dirty. Furniture old and damaged. Requested a non smoking room, provided with a smoking room which smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, staff did change our room when we complained. Used Taxi to get into town, not sure if there is a local bus stop.  (97218801)
