-Proximity to the coast and A9 autoroute.
-Hotel clean and tidy.
-hotel difficult to locate, hotel website map does not provide enough detail to locate the hotel. It is not clearly identified that you can enter the hotel via the autroute A9 service station, meaning I made an unnecessary tour through Vissassan. The hotel is shown in 4 locations in Vissassan on Google map, very confusing. No road name or GPS position was available.
-hotel rooms are looking dated and well used.
-issues experienced with toilets.
-staff were not aware of the agreed rate which the room were booked via the internet, stated the rate was €140 instead of the purchase price of €110.
