Close to town centre and attractions.

No tea or coffee facilities in room. Pay parking on street.

hotel pleasant, breakfast good sophie pleasant

was not told on internet only breakfast served, not told reception closed at 8 p.m so no where to relax, was told had paid on line with viza card, not so, had to pay on arrival, no minibar service though advertised, run by one person and really just a bed and breakfast, though she did her best, expensive for what we got and no recreation area

Overall: wld not recommend to friends though nice clean central, not worthy to be called 3star , very deceptive, really just pleasant bed, and breakfast extra, surprised at that,  (107927357)

L'Azur is a charming hotel, excellently located in the center of Lisieux, beautifully decorated, and scrupulously maintained. It is a small hotel with an intimate atmosphere. The proprietress is a lovely woman who was most kind and thoughtful in adapting to and providing for the individual needs of each traveler. She could not have been more generous in answering our questions and arranging everything we needed, from permitting a guest to join us at breakfast to telephoning to reserve a taxi the night before because they are hard to get in the morning. We felt we had a home in Lisieux.

There were no bad points. Note that although there is an elevator, the stops are located between floors, so that getting on or off you must negotiate half a flight of stairs.

Overall: A delightful hotel, and the owner and her staff were enchanting. I cannot wait to stay there again.  (107115487)
