The hotel is located near the beach. The traffic outside is inaudible when the windows are closed despite it is located near the main road.
The rooms havn't got any means of cooling it down - it was like staying in a sun room! We have to leave the balcony and the bedroom doors open to get the heat out of our bedroom which was ok if you get a room at the end of the corridor.
The breakfast is rather short 8-10am and a bit slow at replenishing it. They have the usual variety but the quality is poor - fruit squash and tinned fruit on the menu!
The check out in the morning rather gets busy. Allow atleast extra 10-15 minutes wait if you are in a hurry.
Overall: The hotel is not too bad despite the bad points I have pointed out; there are worse hotels out there! (108570269)

the hotel looked good
a parking space was booked but when booking in no knowelege of the booking so had quite a walk to find parking space, in the morning the reception DID confirm the parking space and deducted the fee!
The toilet did not flush,
The huge window could not be closed and a gale was blowing through the room all night with sleet/snow keeping the room very cold. (the bedding did keep us warm!)
I assume this might be a one of case and will try the hotel again in the future

Clean room, good bathroom facilities.
Pillows were extremely uncomfortable - like sleeping on a sack of potatoes. Didn't realise that it would be on-street parking, so had to carry luggage a fair distance.
