The Hotel is perfectly situated and the garage parking was a great help

The room was not ready when we arrived at 3.00

The room was clean and although basic, was a pleasant room. The breakfast was good with a fair array of options.

The lady on reception desk was very rude. She was plesant to the french-speaking guests but very rude towards us and made us wait unnecessarily and was very off-hand.

Location, size of rooms and facilities. Especially free Wi-fi

Noise from the lift mechanism (screeching noise as lift went up and down)

Overall: This is a good hotel at a reasonable price for the Louise area of Brussels. Friendly staff, free Wi-fi, and large, clean bedrooms with individual A/C. No restaurant or bar, but couple of restaurants within walking distance (not many open at weekends though). Buffet breakfast simple but adequate. Small lift (elevator) serving all floors, but this mechanism created unacceptable noise in early hours. Also occasional noise transfer from other bedrooms.  (97610881)

Das Hotel ist ruhig, die Zimmer sind geräumig, ebenso das Bad. Es gibt nichts, was man wirklich vermissen würde.

In manchen Details wirkt das Hotel schon etwas abgewohnt. Die Zimmer sind sehr nüchtern ausgestattet, obwohl sie geräumig sind, sind sie nicht sehr gemütlich ausgestattet. Bilder oder andere Dekorationselemente würden zur Wohnlichkeit beitragen. In einer internationalen Stadt wie Brüssel wäre es vielleicht auch angebracht, ein internationaleres Programmangebot im Fernseher anzubieten.

Overall: Für eine geschäftlich bedingte Übernachtung ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert. Als Hotel für einen längeren Aufenthalt erscheint es mir eher nicht geeignet, aber das ist wohl auch nicht beabsichtigt.  (108241629)
