Very friendly and helpful staff, nice clean comfy rooms, good breakfast.
Overall: Difficult to park in ostend, so park on the churchill near the station - the rate gets cheaper the longer you stay. (108950657)

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and very friendly.
Overall: The hotel has a very warm and friendly atmosphere about it. It is located ideally next to the sea front. The staff and facilities are excellent. Would definitely go again. (107949359)

I stayed at the Hotel Princess last year with my children for 3 nights (I think), my husband booked it independently and we had a brilliant time, the staff are nice, the hotel is spotlessly clean and the location is good and quiet.
The only thing I would say about the hotel this time is, as we went with another couple on an adults weekend was our room smelt of smoke and myself and my husband don't smoke it wasn't as nice as the room we had last year.
Overall: I'll be going back to the Hotel Princess again for a short break hopefully later this year with my children and probably again next year, the hotel for us has everything you need, location is good, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is spotless. (99793162)

Central Location. Breakfast was varied and staff served you with a smile.
Was not informed that the Building would be covered in Scaffolding. We were not able to go out on the Balcony as it was a construction Site with debris everywhere and notices on the Door to say do not enter. It was a hot weekend but could not enjoy it sitting on the Balcony.
Overall: The reception that we received was excellent. The Front Desk assisted us with parking our Minibus even moving his own car to make room for it outside the Hotel. Expecting 4 star quality I was extremely disappointed with the room, sliding door on a closet which was the Toilet. The room was freezing cold at night but my friends room was hot and there was no windows to open. You couldnt go onto the balcony as it was under construction. The Gentleman that I booked the hotel with never gave me any information about the building work or I would have booked another Hotel. It would be nice if you could advertise things that are going on in the area. Fortunately we found that it was the Beer Festival and Fairs going on in all the squares so we enjoyed our stay and did not let the upset of the hotel building site mar the stay. (99702383)
