Room very clean and comfortable

Breakfast buffet poor value

Overall: Staff unhelpful, our car broke down and we were begrudgingly allowed to use the phone (we had checked out) to ring for assistance for which we were charged excessively (it would have been a nice gesture to have waived the cost). We waited 90 minutes for assistance and were never offered coffee help or anything else. None of this had to be offered but good customer service would have seen some assitance offered.  (2520178)
