Beautiful courtyard and flowers - friendly helpful staff - English spoken if required - excellent locally sourced breakfast - good location to walk into town

Warm welcome; attention to detail; lovely courtyard/terasse; room arrangement very suitable for a family
Overall: The hotel exceeded our expectations. We used it for an overnight stop but it would be an ideal base for exploring the Loire. We would recommend the hotel to friends. (97991122)

The staff were especially helpful when the TGV we were travelling on was seriously delayed and we could have been too late to book in .....thankfully not the case. They also helped with taxi bookings for the Wedding we were attending. Liked the jams. Ideally situated for walking in and out of Chinon for evening meals ...plenty of choice while we were there.

A very comfortable large room with excellent furniture and furnishings. Hotel set in a very quiet location.
Bath could be a bit bigger!!!
